Porchlight provides weekly free food baskets based on availability, but you must apply to see if you qualify for them. They also have another program called foodSHARE where you can schedule an appointment and shop at their community market (cost $36.36 for 30 minutes) They accept EBT cards.

The San Diego Food Bank provides free food to whoever needs it, they also have different food programs (such as Food 4 Kids Backback Program) for your comfort. Use their map to find the nearest distribution center near you! If you need help locating a distribution center you may call the food bank or dial 2-1-1.
