San Diego Youth Services provides mental health services with no cost! You must be of a low-income family, uninsured, full - scope Medi-Cal beneficiaries, or eligible for services through the Mental Health Service Act. Not only do they do in-person sessions, you can also connect with them over the phone or video. Your school may also provide these services (schools listed on their website under the School-Based Services tab)

The San Diego Access & Crisis Line

The San Diego Access & Crisis Line is a local crisis line which is operated 24 hours, 7 days a week. They provide connections to behavioral health resources and offer crisis support.

The app is specifically catered to teens and young adults ages 13-25. Any information you provide or anything you say, STAYS in the app and is confidential.
