Resource Connection
Connecting teens with vital resources for shelter, food, and education opportunities. We are providing them all in one place so it is easily accessible.
Clothing Pantries
Helping other high schools set up clothing pantries on their campuses so students have access to free clothing and other necessities.
Creating places on our campus where students can get clothes, toiletries, games, and other essentials that students struggling with housing might not have access to.
Clothing and Resource Drive
Spreading awareness and destigmatizing housing insecurity
Taking away the bad meaning of "housing insecurity/homelessness" by spreading awareness about it, while also providing help.
“I love that your team has taken on this challenge because I think that often times, a lot of our housing insecure families and students go unnoticed... We want to connect them with the resources they might need and the help they need including what we started at campus already, the pantry, and what you all are doing and promoting that. Hopefully it will be helpful, not even just with our students at Clairemont but students within our community and families within our community as well.”
